Key Achievements of JetFarms NG (2020 to Date)

i. Empowered Over 1,500 Farmers: JetFarms NG connected smallholder farmers to markets, with 60% being women and youth, through initiatives like the Farmer Support Project 1.0 and the Commodity Aggregation Project. These efforts improved the livelihoods of farmers by providing them with tools, resources, and knowledge to adopt sustainable agricultural practices, enhance financial resilience, and increase productivity, resulting in improved crop yields.

ii. Launched the FARM2C Traceability App: JetFarms developed a cutting-edge digital platform using AI and blockchain technology to reduce post-harvest losses, enhance supply chain transparency, and connect farmers to premium buyers globally.

iii. Introduced D'More Spices & Food Products: JetFarms launched value-added products, including ginger, turmeric, curry, and crayfish spices, selling over 1,000 units in both local and international markets.

iv. Established Strategic Partnerships & Exhibitions: The company partnered with organizations such as AFEX, Futux Agri Consult, African Food Changemakers, Sahel Capital, CBI Netherlands, AGRA, Farmties, Fate Foundation, and Sterling. JetFarms also participated in national and international exhibitions, boosting visibility and market access.

v. Expanded into Global Premium Markets: JetFarms entered new markets in Nigeria, Canada, Rwanda, and Mali, securing international buyers and improving farmer incomes and conditions.

vi. Won the Sterling Bank Grant: JetFarms was awarded a grant by Sterling Bank to expand food processing facilities, increasing production and operational capacity.

Awards and Recognition: JetFarms’ Team Lead received multiple accolades, including being named among the Under-30 CEOs and representing Nigerian youth in agriculture at the 2024 All African Food Systems Forum. The team also had the privilege of collaborating with Peter Obi on a business opportunity.
